تطبيق "مدرستي" لمتابعة الباص المدرسي — آخر تحديث: 17 تشرين الأول 2026

باستخدامك تطبيق أو صفحات "مدرستي" (بصفتك إدارة مدرسة، أو سائقاً، أو مرافقة، أو ولي أمر) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. الخدمة تقدّمها الشركة المطوّرة للمدارس بموجب عقد اشتراك، وتُتاح لأولياء الأمور والطاقم من خلال المدرسة.

1. الحسابات

• تُنشئ المدرسة حسابات السائقين والمرافقات والطلاب، وتسلّم بيانات الدخول لأصحابها. بيانات الدخول شخصية ولا يجوز مشاركتها.
• يدخل ولي الأمر بالرقم الوطني للطالب وكلمة المرور المسلّمة من المدرسة، ويُنصح بتغييرها بعد أول دخول. يحق للمدرسة إلغاء أي جلسة دخول في أي وقت.
• أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك، وعن إبلاغ المدرسة فوراً عند الاشتباه بوصول غير مصرّح به.

2. طبيعة الخدمة وحدودها

• موقع الباص والوقت المتوقع للوصول تقديريان ويعتمدان على إشارة GPS وشبكة الإنترنت في جوال السائق أو المرافقة، وقد يتأخران أو ينقطعان لأسباب خارج سيطرتنا (انقطاع الشبكة، إعدادات الجوال، إغلاق التطبيق).
• النظام أداة مساعدة ولا يحل محل الإشراف البشري على الطلاب من المدرسة والسائق والمرافقة وولي الأمر. سجل الصعود والنزول يعتمد على ما تسجّله المرافقة.
• تنبيهات السرعة والحوادث المحتملة تعتمد على حساسات الجوال وقد تتضمن إنذارات خاطئة أو تفوت حالات.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

• يُستخدم النظام لأغراض النقل المدرسي فقط، وبما يتفق مع القانون وسياسات المدرسة.
• يُمنع محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات مدرسة أو طالب آخر، أو التلاعب بالموقع أو بسجلات الحضور، أو إساءة استخدام زر الطوارئ، أو تعطيل الخدمة.
• على السائق والمرافقة إبقاء التطبيق يعمل أثناء الدوام وفق تعليمات المدرسة، وعدم استخدام الجوال أثناء القيادة بما يخالف القانون.

4. الخصوصية

معالجة البيانات موضحة في سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.

5. الاشتراك والتوفر

• اشتراك المدرسة محدد بمدة وبعدد طلاب وفق العقد. عند انتهاء الاشتراك دون تجديد تصبح لوحة التحكم للقراءة فقط لفترة سماح، ثم تتوقف الخدمة حتى التجديد.
• نسعى لتوفر الخدمة على مدار الساعة، وقد تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو لأسباب لدى مزوّدي الاستضافة. لا نضمن توفراً غير منقطع.
• قد نحدّث التطبيق ونضيف أو نعدّل مزايا؛ التحديثات تُثبَّت من داخل التطبيق.

6. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق والصفحات والشعارات والكود ملك الشركة المطوّرة. تمنحكم المدرسة حق استخدام شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل طوال مدة الاشتراك. بيانات المدرسة وطلابها تبقى ملكاً للمدرسة.

7. المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل الشركة المطوّرة مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن الاعتماد على معلومات تقديرية أو عن انقطاع الخدمة أو عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة من المدرسة أو المستخدمين. مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاه المدرسة محدودة بقيمة اشتراكها عن الفترة المعنية.

8. إنهاء الاستخدام

يحق للمدرسة إيقاف أي حساب، ويحق لنا تعليق الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو إساءة الاستخدام. عند انتهاء عقد المدرسة تُحذف بياناتها وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

9. القانون والتعديلات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. قد نعدّل الشروط، ويُحدَّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة وتُبلَّغ المدارس المشتركة بأي تغيير جوهري.

عبر إدارة مدرستكم، أو عبر الشركة المطوّرة.

Terms of Use

"Madrasti" school bus tracking app — last updated: 17 October 2026

By using the Madrasti app or web pages (as a school administrator, driver, attendant or parent) you agree to these terms. The service is provided to schools by the developer under a subscription contract and made available to parents and staff through the school.

Accounts

The school creates driver, attendant and student accounts and hands out the credentials; credentials are personal and must not be shared. Parents log in with the student's national ID and the password given by the school and should change it after first login. The school may revoke any session at any time. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Nature and limits of the service

Bus location and ETA are estimates that depend on GPS and internet connectivity on the driver's or attendant's phone and may be delayed or interrupted. The system is an aid and does not replace human supervision by the school, driver, attendant and parent. Boarding records depend on what the attendant records. Speed and possible-collision alerts rely on phone sensors and may produce false alarms or miss events.

Acceptable use

Use the system for school transport only and lawfully. Do not attempt to access another school's or student's data, tamper with locations or attendance records, misuse the emergency button, or disrupt the service. Drivers must not use the phone while driving in violation of the law.

Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Subscription and availability

A school's subscription has a term and a student limit per its contract. When it expires without renewal the dashboard becomes read-only for a grace period, then the service stops until renewal. We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; the app may be updated from within the app.

Intellectual property

The app, pages, logos and code belong to the developer. The school grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription. School and student data remain the school's property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from reliance on estimated information, service interruptions, or incorrect data entered by the school or users. Our total liability to a school is limited to its subscription fee for the period concerned.

Termination, law and changes

The school may disable any account; we may suspend access for breach or abuse. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We may update these terms; the date above will change and subscribed schools will be informed of material changes.
